Our take
I've been using the Odyssey Neo G7 for a while and it's impressive for gaming and media. The 4K resolution with 144Hz is buttery smooth, and Mini LED backlighting provides excellent HDR contrast. FreeSync Premium Pro works flawlessly with my AMD GPU. The VA panel has deep blacks but suffers from narrow viewing angles; colors wash out if I'm not directly in front. The stand is basic—tilt only—which is disappointing at this price. At $1,250, it's a premium monitor that delivers on performance but lacks ergonomic adjustability.
